Refund policy
Not happy? We’ve got you.
We want every part of your experience with UPGRDE to feel good — and that includes when things don’t go to plan. If something’s not right, we’ll make it right.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unopened, in the original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.
Due to hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns of opened supplements.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@upgrdelabs.com within 14 days of delivery and include these details :
- Full Name
- Order Number
- Reason for return + Photos (If reported damaged)
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Unless the item is damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Non-cancelled subscription policy
All recurring subscription orders that have not been cancelled at least 24 hours prior to renewal are non-refundable under all circumstances, unless explicitly approved by UPGRDE.
Any product swaps, address updates, or other account changes must be completed through your account at least 24 hours before renewal.
In order to receive a refund for these items, you must return your item(s) in the same condition that you received it - unused, in its original packaging.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note all issues, damages and undelivered items must be reported to the team within 14 days of delivery as shown on your tracking link.
Failure to report within this timeframe may result in your claim being declined.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

We ship all orders from our warehouse in Wales.

Express Delivery (Royal Mail 24 Tracked) - £2.99 (FREE To Subscription Orders)
*Express next-day delivery applies to orders placed before 2pm. Any orders placed after this time will be sent out the following day.
